“In science, truth is a moving target..”

Weather is a phenomenon that to most individuals seems as natural, though certainly not as predictable, as breathing.  And yet, the words natural and weather are certainly not the mutually exclusive kinsmen they used to be.

Rewinding back the clock by decades, the weaponization of weather has been a dream of certain sects of the establishment, and in a variety of modalities to say the least.

For instance, when you think of people being ‘suicided’, assassinations, or even war, does Lightning ever come to mind?  Apparently, for the CIA, it certainly did

A declassified document now shows that in 1967 the CIA had seriously pondered the ability of calling in Zeus’ element of choice through the Thunderbolt to carry out some of its operations.1

As frightening as that might sound, HAARP, which is the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) that was located in Gakona Alaska, was one verifiable instance in which the military was able to engage in serious weather manipulation through geoengineering to a great extent.

For those willing to venture in this abstruse and yet highly important subject, please take a gander at the documentary by CBS below.

From the CBC Documentary:

Directed energy is such a powerful technology it could be used to heat the ionosphere to turn weather into a weapon of war. Imagine using a flood to destroy a city or tornadoes to decimate an approaching army in the desert. The military has spent a huge amount of time on weather modification as a concept for battle environments. If an electromagnetic pulse went off over a city, basically all the electronic things in your home would wink and go out, and they would be permanently destroyed.” 2

On that same line of thought, this short excerpt that follows is the Executive Summary of a research paper published in 1996 titled, “Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025”:

Excerpt from Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025

If anyone has trouble viewing the image, the focus point reads:

In 2025, US aerospace forces can “own the weather” by capitalizing on emerging technologies and focusing development of those technologies to war-fighting applications. Such a capability offers the warfighter tools to shape the battlespace in ways never before possible. It provides opportunities to impact operations across the full spectrum of conflict and is pertinent to all possible futures. The purpose of this paper is to outline a strategy for the use of a future weather-modification system to achieve military objectives rather than to provide a detailed technical road map.

A high-risk, high-reward endeavor, weather-modification offers a dilemma not unlike the splitting of the atom. While some segments of society will always be reluctant to examine controversial issues such as weather-modification, the tremendous military capabilities that could result from this field are ignored at our own peril. From enhancing friendly operations or disrupting those of the enemy via small-scale tailoring of natural weather patterns to complete dominance of global communications and counterspace control, weather-modification offers the war fighter a wide-range of possible options to defeat or coerce an adversary.”3

It doesn’t get any more cut and dry as to what the objectives were.

The blatant use of weather as a weapon might seem extreme, except here we finalize with one rather striking statement by a high-ranking establishment official.

The following statement comes from none other than former President Clinton Secretary of Defense, William Cohen, as part of a Conference on Terrorism and Weapons of Mass Destruction

Narrowing down on one particular part of the transcript, the words that should be carefully noted are that:

Others are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves.

So there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations. It’s real, and that’s the reason why we have to intensify our efforts, and that’s why this is so important.”4

Please note that, Cohen didn’t say others are trying to engage in eco-type terrorism.  Cohen blatantly state’s that’s already happeningOver two decades ago

And if it was happening then, why wouldn’t it be happening now?
