There are many ways in which certain institutions, corporations and government bodies carry out duplicitous actions against the populace, slight of hand actions. Such a hindrance should not go unnoticed, for this is diametrically opposed to the interest of everyone, and ultimately, the individual.

What are some ways in which the Corporate Cartels & Co. carries out its deceptive dealings?

For starters, let us take a gander at organic foods GMOs. First of all, GMOs – genetically modified organisms – are not required to be labelled in America, even though country after country after country continues to show its utter disdain against this unproven technology.  If there ever were a time to ponder certain issues brought about by many scientists, it would be now.

How does one have freedom, if one is not able to discern what type of food one is eating, and whether or not it was created by Mother Nature or in a biolab by Big Biotech?

Additionally,

As a preamble, for our definitions sleight of hand denotes ways of deceiving people.

There are many ways in which certain institutions, corporations and government bodies carry out duplicitous actions against the populace. Such a hindrance should not go unnoticed, for this is diametrically opposed to the population, and ultimately, the individual.

What are some ways in which the Corporate Cartel & Co. carries out its deceptive dealings?

For starters, let us take a gander at organic foods GMOs. First of all, GMOs – genetically modified organisms – are not required to be labelled in America, even though country after country after country continues to show its utter disdain against this unproven technology.  If there ever were a time to ponder certain issues brought about by many scientists, it would be now.

How does one have freedom, if one is not able to discern what type of food one is eating, and whether or not it was created by Mother Nature or in a biolab by Big Biotech?

Additionally, many of these very products are labeled ‘natural’ even though they are not. The good thing is though, that one way in which individuals can fight this treacherous tyranny is by buying locally sourced, organic, non-genetically modified foods. This is one large step in the right direction to buck the system that continues to milk communities and families.

Another unfortunate event taking place in most of America is the fact that much of the water in the United States is fluoridated. This should be rather appalling given that a major Harvard study was conducted that confirmed that fluoride lowers IQ. That is just the tip of the iceberg.

Over the last few years, there has been quite the progress in the elimination of fluoride from the water supplies by the Fluoride Action Network [FAN]. This has been quite a lengthy battle, but its far from over.

Many communities still face a veritable onslaught of toxins via the water ways. Some of these include chlorine, pharmaceutical drugs, hexavalent chromium, lead, aluminum, heavy metals, and much more.

It doesn’t stop there.

There has been an incisive recognition of media censorship by certain folks such as Sharyl Attkison. She is not alone however, as others such as independent reporter James Corbett have spoken out against such deceitful practices.

Mainstream media is not the only one curtailing people’s freedom of speech right. In a place that’s hailed as the bee’s knees of content sharing and online ‘freedom’, YouTube [caught several times] and FaceBook have been caught censoring countless folks quite a few times as well [this is known to me personally, as well]. This has prompted certain truth seekers from various walks of life to gravitate to other social media as well.

What the above censorship is accomplishing is a deceptive management of reality and information in a way that is highly detrimental to individuals who value freedom, which is what America is supposed to be about.

Via the examples of the toxins in water through fluoride, genetically manipulated organisms that barely pass as food and is claimed natural when it isn’t, and media that often claims to stand for freedom of speech, but doesn’t, we are seeing a multi-pronged attack on liberties in many shapes and forms. This is because if you do not know, you cannot choose, can you?

This keen sleight of hand needs to be recognized by the individual in order for them to detach from the matrix that continually bleeds their energy in their many forms and seeks mainly to socially engineer them.

There are many other disciplines that are used in a calculated manner to manipulate reality, with public schooling being the vanguard way this is accomplished.

All the above is merely a cursory overview of just some that the individual needs to be cognizant of in our daily lives.

How are we, as individuals, supposed to advance ourselves when many of the objects that are vital to our well being and lives are being transmuted into something complete different?

If that isn’t sleight of hand, then we live in an alternative version reality.

With that in mind, let’s end with this incisive quote by Lehman that homes-in on the very notion of sleight of hand:

“Jargon is the verbal sleight of hand that makes the old hat seem newly fashionable; it gives an air of novelty an specious profundity to ideas that, if stated correctly, would seem superficial, stale, frivolous, or false.  The line between serious and spurious scholarship is an easy one to blur, with jargon on your side.”

Class Action Lawsuit Against 5G? And Lloyd’s Won’t…

Source: GizaDeathStar.com
Dr. Joseph P. Farrell
April 15, 2019

A few months ago I blogged about a story from The Netherlands about a 5G test there, and the apparent deaths of a flock of birds it allegedly caused. And while 5G is not a topic I cover very often here, I do follow it occasionally, since like many people I believe it’s another one of those corporate crapitalism-sponsored disasters  in the making. It’s bad enough in the modern USSA that we’re forced to be jabbed, prodded, taxed to death, spied upon, our privacy invaded, our data bought and sold, our DNA collected, told what pronouns we can and cannot use, forced to pay for the slaughter of the unborn and to subsidize the corporation doing it, subsidize Marxism in the schools and the academies, be regaled with ugly modern art and music at every turn(think the Obama library or portrait), while the neighbor down the street keeps everyone awake at 2AM by playing his jungle music through the sub-woofers in his pickup truck or home stereo – Boom Boom Boom! – now, on top of that, they want to bake everyone’s noodle – literally – by beaming even more microwaves at us, and, surprise surprise, they haven’t even really studied any of the effects yet.

Every time I think of 5G, I think of GMOs, and “substantial equivalence.” Remember that one? In case you forgot, “substantial equivalence” was that nifty doctrine that Mon(ster)santo and other “agribusiness giants” of the agribusiness “community” brewed up in their bubbling cauldrons and served to the FDA in the late 1980s (that’s the Food and Drug Administration; you know, the agency of the same goobernment that says its ok to put aluminum and mercury and all sorts of stuff in vaccines and while outlawing a plant and making it a crime for people who want to smoke it). The doctrine said, in effect, that (1) extensive inter-generational testing of GMO crops – corn, or as they call it in Europe, maize for example – was unnecessary since it looked like ordinary corn and tasted like ordinary corn, so voila, for the consumer, it was substantially equivalent to ordinary corn, except that when it came to (2) the patent for said corn, then the corporations had every right to sue the daylights out of farmers if one little sprout of their substantially equivalent plant was found on their land if they didn’t purchase the license for it, and in fact, even if they had never planted it. Thus, so far as I am concerned, the words Substantial Equivalence are a fitting symbol for a Great Big Crock Full of Steaming Bull Puckey.

As far as I can tell with my very cursory familiarity with the whole 5G rollout, it looks to me as if we’re being served another steaming crock full of Substantial Equivalence; it’s more or less the same as cell phone towers, only “better” somehow. Well, we know the story of how well Substantial Equivalence is working out now – decades later – for Bayer with the recent lawsuits. And that appears to be behind the thinking in this article, shared by V.T.:

5G Roll-out Facing $1 Trillion Class Action Lawsuit

Class action suit, huh? Well, why stop at a mere trillion? Let’s bump it up a bit.

It was while reading that article this week, that I bumped into this one, and this, I suspect, tells the whole story about this latest bit of Substantial Equivalence oozing toward us from corporate crapitalism: http://stateofthenation2012.com/?p=120870

And in case you missed it:

The FCC and other government regulatory bodies, in collusion with the big telecomm industries, are ferociously pushing smart meters, 5G and the Internet of Things.

This roll-out is not only happening in the US, but all over the world. The giant telecomms gush enthusiastically about how EVERYTHING will be connected

OMG!! We’re gonna have Incredibly high-speed connectivity so your little girls and teens can, at supersonic speed, upload pix of their latest nail-polish jobs or cute puppy videos to FaceBook, Pinterest, etc., etc., for their friends to gasp and giggle…..and, of course, click “like” and forward these to their friends…. again, all at warp speed.

BUT WAIT!! …. There’s a tiny but growing wrinkle in this rosy scenario of sugar plums dancing in the heads of these telecomm leaders. Specifically, Lloyds of London, one of the world’s premier insurance groups, is refusing to insure health claims made against wireless technologies. And, other insurance companies are following Lloyd’s lead in this.

If you follow the money, this is HUGE. After all, if these wi-fi techno-toys are so safe, why is Lloyds leaving all this additional money on the table?

Well, Lloyd’s November 2010 Risk Assessment Team’s Report gives us a solid clue: the report compares these wireless technologies with asbestos, in that the early research on asbestos was “inconclusive” and only later did it become obvious to anyone paying attention that asbestos causes cancer. (Emphasis in the original)

Bingo. And for me, this story has some added bitterness, as I lost my youngest sister Jeannie to a glioblastoma multiform brain tumor in 2000. The tumor appeared – you guessed it – exactly where she always held her cell phone when answering calls. And people wonder why I don’t have a cell phone.

In any case, Lloyds’ is saying to the 5G promoters, “proceed at your own risk.” Indeed, proceed at your own risk. The problem, of course, is that class-action lawsuits are an after-the-fact strategy, one that will allow the whole thing to be implemented, and which must then wait until the inevitable health problems occur in such numbers as to be actionable at law. So we’re back at Substantial Equivalence again, where a corrupt goobernment allowed the agribusiness “community” to sell everyone a bill of goods, reap great profits, pack the bureaucracy with corporate “science” backing their claims. The lawsuits followed thirty years later, and so far as I can tell, have not curbed the planting of GMOs very much.

So I propose a different strategy: just say no to the steaming stream of Substantial Equivalence coming from Swampington, D.C.

See you on the flip side…

Report: Amazon Employs Thousands To Listen To Alexa Conversations

You can opt out of Amazon using voice recordings

Source: www.WSLS.com
By Jordan Valinsky, CNN Business

(CNN) – Not only is Alexa listening when you speak to an Echo smart speaker, an Amazon employee is potentially listening, too.

Amazon employs a global team that transcribes the voice commands captured after the wake word is detected and feeds them back into the software to help improve Alexa’s grasp of human speech so it can respond more efficiently in the future, Bloomberg reports.

Amazon reportedly employs thousands of full-time workers and contractors in several countries, including the United States, Costa Rica and Romania, to listen to as many as 1,000 audio clips in shifts that last up to nine hours. The audio clips they listen to were described as “mundane” and even sometimes “possibly criminal,” including listening to a potential sexual assault.

In a response to the story, Amazon confirmed to CNN Business that it hires people to listen to what customers say to Alexa. But Amazon said it takes “security and privacy of our customers’ personal information seriously.” The company said it only annotates an “extremely small number of interactions from a random set of customers.”

The report said Amazon doesn’t “explicitly” tell Alexa users that it employs people to listen to the recordings. Amazon said in its frequently asked question section that it uses “requests to Alexa to train our speech recognition and natural language understanding systems.”

People can opt out of Amazon using their voice recordings to improve the software in the privacy settings section of the Alexa app.

Bloomberg said that Alexa auditors don’t have access to the customers’ full name or address, but do have the device’s serial number and the Amazon account number associated with the device.

“Employees do not have direct access to information that can identify the person or account as part of this workflow,” an Amazon spokesperson told CNN Business. “While all information is treated with high confidentiality and we use multi-factor authentication to restrict access, service encryption, and audits of our control environment to protect it, customers can always delete their utterances at any time.”

An Amazon spokesperson clarified that no audio is stored unless the Alexa-enabled device is activated by a wake word.

“By default, Echo devices are designed to detect only your chosen wake word,” a company spokesperson said. “The device detects the wake word by identifying acoustic patterns that match the wake word.”

Amazon previously has been embroiled in controversy for privacy concerns regarding Alexa. Last year, an Echo user said the smart speaker had recorded a conversation without them knowing and sent the audio file to an Amazon employee in Seattle. Amazon confirmed the error and said the device’s always-listening microphones misheard a series of words and mistakenly sent a voice message.

[Editor’s Note]

You honestly couldn’t pay me enough to put one of these devices at home.  The implications of this are as disturbing as they are reverberating.  That said, it is par for the course considering how much Big Tech values data mining individuals.

The fact that you can OPT OUT would be also mind-numbingly hilarious if the implications weren’t so disturbing.
